What TuneCompass is

TuneCompass is an instrument: eight mood faders, a blend target, and an engine that tunes playlists to the exact feeling you're after. It is operated by CrafTek from Bucharest, Romania. Right now it runs as an early-access preview, open by invitation.

Your access

Access comes through an invitation code or an open session. Your code is personal — share the experience, not the code. We may revoke access that's abused, and we'll always say why.

Fair use

• TuneCompass is a personal listening companion — use it as one.
• Don't scrape, flood, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Don't use TuneCompass to infringe anyone's rights, including artists' and rights-holders'.

Music and rights

TuneCompass does not host, store, or sell music. Playback happens through services you choose — such as YouTube, Apple Music, or Audius — under their terms and licences. Cover art, track titles, and artist names belong to their owners and are shown as references. If you're a rights-holder and want something corrected or removed, write to us and we'll act quickly: hello@tunecompass.com.

Your data

What we keep and why is covered by our Privacy page — the short version: your email if you give it, your music signals, nothing else, exportable and erasable in-app at any time.

Preview software

TuneCompass is provided as is, while we build it in the open: features may change, break, or pause without notice. We fix fast and we tell the truth about what works.

Liability

To the fullest extent Romanian and EU law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a free preview service. Nothing on this page limits the mandatory rights you hold as a consumer under Romanian or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're an EU consumer, you keep the protections of your home country's law. Before anything formal, talk to us — a human reads every message.

Changes

We'll update this page as TuneCompass grows, with the date below. Significant changes will be announced clearly.
